Gov. Mark Dayton says he's disappointed the state's health insurance exchange has not resolved problems with its operations as the Jan. 1 date for the state of coverage approaches. Minnesota insurance companies are worried about continuing inaccuracy and other problems with data from MNsure. Dayton says those problems should be resolved by now.
The State Patrol says one child suffered minor injuries when a small school bus was involved in a four-vehicle crash in southeastern Minnesota. The crash happened about 7 a.m. Wednesday on state Highway 43 south of Winona.
It was 15 years ago today (Wednesday) that downtown St. Cloud was rocked by a gas explosion. On the morning of December 11th, 1998 a crew installing fiber optic cable outside Bellantti's Pizza hit and punctured an underground natural gas pipeline.
