Shirley J. Robideau, 90, Princeton

November 28, 1924 - October 20, 2015

Shirley Joyce Robideau was born November 28, 1924 in Princeton to Sylvester and Edna (Kurkhe) Deglmann. Shirley married Lyle Robideau on December 12, 1942 and lived west of Princeton. Lyle and Shirley had three children, Sandra (Joe) Roy, Debra Teigen, and Gordie (Kathy) Robideau. Shirley passed away at the Princeton Elim Home October 20, 2015.

Shirley worked at The Farm Supper Club, the Knotty Pine, Smith Systems, Crystal Cabinets and the Princeton High School where she was affectionately known as Grandma. Shirley enjoyed time with her grandchildren, family gatherings and going for long walks.

She is survived by her sister Donna Steinbrecher; her children; grandchildren Lisa (Abney) Bresinka, Kyle Robideau, Mark Teigen, and Leah Robideau; great grandchildren Zachary Jenkins, Jade Abney and Rya Robideau; and great-great grandchild Tavion Jenkins.

Shirley is preceded in death by her husband, Lyle; parents, Sy and Edna Deglmann; brothers, Russell and Joseph Deglmann; grandchildren, Joseph Abney and Amy Teigen.

A funeral service will be held at 2PM Friday, October 23, 2015 at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Princeton. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Oak Knoll Cemetery, Princeton. Arrangements are entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Princeton.
