ELK RIVER -- Sherburne County authorities believe they have solved more than 20 burglaries with a series of arrests Tuesday.

Officers used a search warrant at a home in Zimmerman and found illegal prescription drugs and stolen property from several car break-ins in Zimmerman. Police then got information about stolen property at a second Zimmerman residence where they allegedly found a large amount of stolen property from vehicle break-ins, but also an unsolved burglary in town. Police say they then learned of even more stolen items, this time at a home in Elk River.

All told, four adults and a juvenile were arrested and sheriff's officials say at least one more adult is expected to be charged in the case.

Police took three people from Zimmerman into custody. They are 50-year-old Robin Blake, 21-year-old Joshua Robertson and 19-year-old Chaz Tschida.

Officers also arrested a juvenile on felony charges and 30-year-old Elroy Huntington of Elk River.

Police are working to return the items to their owners, but many of the stolen property has already been sold.

If you have any information on these crimes, you are asked to call the Sherburne County Sheriff's Department.
