Sewer Work to Close Pinecone Road on South End

SARTELL -- The construction of a new senior living facility in Sartell is prompting city officials to close a portion of Pinecone Road this month.

The Chateau Waters apartment complex is being built just off of Pinecone Road and Sentinel Court. Pinecone Road will be torn up so the project can tie into the sanitary sewer and water main.

Pinecone Road is scheduled to be closed in that area starting Monday, May 11th. Weather permitting, it's expected to reopen about a week later.

Traffic will be detoured via Troop Drive and Scout Drive.

This project is separate from the Pinecone Road reconstruction project slated to start in mid-June.
