ST. CLOUD - If you have outdoor plans for this weekend, you may want to keep a close eye on the weather forecast.

The possibility of severe weather is picking up steam on Saturday for eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

St. Cloud and the Twin Cities metro now have an "enhanced" risk for severe weather. The National Weather Service says this means numerous severe storms are possible, along with a few tornadoes.

The latest forecast says the best chance for storms to move through will be between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The National Weather Service is reminding you to have a secure shelter in mind, especially if you're planning to be outside.

If weather becomes severe, turn your radio on to AM 1240 WJON.
