ST. JOSEPH - Several St. Joseph residents were arrested during a drug bust on Thursday.

The Central Minnesota Violent Offender's Task Force used a search warrant at 515 Schneider Drive. The warrant was the result of an on-going investigation into drug use and sales in the area.

Prior to the search warrant a man was seen leaving the address and was stopped a few blocks away. Police say 33-year-old Ryan Swartley had outstanding warrants and was arrested. Police say they found eight grams of methamphetamine and items associated with meth sales were later found in Swartley's vehicle and belongings. Swartley was taken to the Stearns County Jail.

During the search, numerous people were found inside the home, including 28-year-old homeowner Emilly Ulik. The search turned up additional drugs and drug paraphernalia. 33-year-old Joshua Hanson, 29-year-old Jesse McKenna, and 19-year-old Shauna Clement were all arrested on warrants and taken to the Stearns County Jail. Additional charges are possible.
