Search Continues for Boater on Lake Pepin

BAY CITY, Wis. (AP) - Searchers will be out again Tuesday on Lake Pepin looking for a man who fell from a boat.

Sheriff's authorities say the 38-year-old man was in a boat with his wife on the lake east of Bay City, Wis., on Saturday. The 36-year-old woman told deputies her husband fell overboard and she jumped in after him. The woman said she swam to shore to get help after her husband went under water.

Lake Pepin is a wide spot in the Mississippi River on the Wisconsin-Minnesota border.
