DULUTH - The St. Cloud State women's hockey team ended their road series with a 1-1 overtime tie against Minnesota Duluth last night. The Huskies fell in the shootout, but collected 4 of 6 points in the series.

The Bulldogs scored first with a power play goal from Jenna McParland in the second period.

The Huskies would tie the game with just 22 seconds left thanks to a Julia Gilbert goal.

SCSU eventually fell 2-0 in the shootout, the Huskies are 1-6-3 overall this season.

The Huskies return to the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center next week for a pair of games against the University of Minnesota. Puck drop will be at 3:07 p.m. for both games.
