ST. CLOUD -- The SCSU women's basketball team stuck with #24 Wayne State but faded in the second half to lose 82-63 on Saturday night.

The Huskies were led by Carley Jeffery, who scored 18 points and Lexy Petermann and Karissa LeCaptain each added 10.

But the rest of the team struggled to get the ball in the hoop, as the Huskies finished with just a 34.3 shooting percentage.

Conversely, Wayne State shot the lights out at Halenbeck - hitting on over 60 percent of their shots.

The loss continues the Huskies' midseason slump as they have now lost five of their past six games with a record of 10-6.
