SCSU Women’s Basketball Defeats UMD 81-73

ST. CLOUD - Jessica Benson scored 17 points as the St. Cloud State women's basketball team took down the University of Minnesota Duluth 81-73 yesterday in their NSIC opener.

Lexy Petermann added 14 points for St. Cloud during the action.

The Huskies remain perfect this season, they improve to 5-0 with the victory. St. Cloud will travel to take on Bemidji State University and Minnesota Crookston next weekend.
