SCSU Hockey Routs Wisconsin 7-2

The St. Cloud State men’s hockey team defeated Wisconsin 7-2 Friday night.  SCSU scored 2 goals in the first period, 2 goals in the 2nd and 3 more in the 3rd period.  David Eddy and Ben Hanowski each scored 2 goals for the Huskies.  Ryan Faragher had 26 saves.  SCSU outshot Wisconsin 37-28.

The Huskies are 4-4-1 and 2-1 in the WCHA.  SCSU will host Wisconsin again tonight at 7:07.
