SCSU Hires Gasparini As Special Advisor

St. Cloud State announced the hiring of John "Gino" Gasparini as special advisor to the President for Athletics starting March 1.  Gasparini spent time at the University of North Dakota and led the United States Hockey League.  He will focus on Division I programs, the expansion of the National Hockey Center and the vision for the future of Husky Athletics.  This news comes just days after longtime Athletic Director Morris Kurtz announced he is retiring June 30 2012.
