SCSU Coach Bob Motzko Named Conference Coach Of The Year

SCSU head coach Bob Motzko was named the National Collegiate Hockey Conference’s first ever coach of the year Thursday night at an awards ceremony at Target Center in Minneapolis.

Motzko led the Huskies to a 24-15-6 record in 2013-14, including a 21-10-5 mark in conference play.

The Huskies will learn their opponent in the upcoming NCAA Tournament on Sunday morning.
