SCSU Basketball Completes Sweep Of Upper Iowa

The St. Cloud State men's and women's basketball teams both won at Upper Iowa Saturday.  The SCSU women won 73-70 before the SCSU men won 74-68 in overtime.  The St. Cloud State men have won 5 straight games.  Shaun Jensen led the Huskies with 15 points and both Connor Niehaus and Tim Bergstrasser added 12 points apiece.  SCSU improves to 11-1 overall and 7-1 in the NSIC.

The St. Cloud State women Jordi Gerking with 15 points and Nicole Anderson added 13 points.  SCSU improves to 6-6 overall and 3-5 in the NSIC.  The St. Cloud State basketball teams play at Winona State at 2 and 4pm today.
