The St. Cloud State baseball team ended their ten game Tucson road trip with eight straight wins, including a 12-3 win over Westmont College on Monday afternoon.

"We had a couple of tough losses early," coach Pat Dolan said. "Azusa Pacific out of California (the Huskies' first opponent) is ranked #7 in the country, and we gave up seven dang runs in the ninth inning."

"We had the bases loaded in the second, third and sixth inning.... but it is what it is," Dolan said. "But since then the bats are coming alive."

The Huskies will play at Sioux Falls on Saturday and Sunday. The forecast calls for temperatures in the mid-40's on Saturday and upper 50's on Sunday.
