School Bus Collides with Squad Car in Wright County

BUFFALO - A bus hauling a class of kindergardeners collided with a squad car in Wright County. The State Patrol says the incident happened at about 2:20 p.m. yesterday (Tuesday) at the intersection of Jason and Jensen Avenue Northeast.

There were 41 kids on the bus, only one complained of thumb pain.

The driver of the car, 34-year-old Deputy Melissa Meemken of Buffalo has non life-threatening injuries.

The school bus driver was not hurt.
