Sauk, Mississippi Rivers Starting To Rise

ST. CLOUD -- The Sauk and Mississippi Rivers in St. Cloud are starting to rise.  However, both are still well below flood stage.  The National Weather Service's Hydrologic Prediction Service says both rose slightly over the weekend, but both are still about two-feet below action stage.
