SARTELL -- Results for the 2012 Sartell Community Survey were released during tonight's (Monday) City Council meeting. About three-hundred and thirty people participated in the survey.

Results show ninety-four percent of those surveyed feel the water quality of Sartell is anywhere from excellent to fair. Two percent ranked the water quality poor, and four percent said they didn't know. Comments show the number one water quality complaint is the hardness of the water.

As far as the safety of the city, ninety-eight percent said they feel anywhere from somewhat safe to very safe. One-percent said they feel unsafe.

Sartell City Planner, Anita Rasmussen says the results from this year are very similar to last year's results.

Overall, the majority of those surveyed were satisfied with Sartell's resources.
