Sartell-St. Stephen District Names Interim Board Member

SARTELL - A former board member for the Sartell-St. Stephen school district has been named to serve as an interim board member for the rest of this year.

Lesa Kramer was unanimously approved by the board on Friday to complete the rest of the term that became open when board chair Krista Durrwachter resigned earlier this week.

Kramer previously served on the board from 2009 to 2012. Her term will start July 30th and will go through the remainder of the calendar year. The seat will be up for election this fall, the district will be filling three open positions.

Durrwachter resigned to pursue another career that would have conflicted with her duties as a board member.
