Sartell Man Pleads Guilty to Sex With 13-Year-Old Girl

ST. CLOUD -- A Sartell man has pleaded guilty to 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct for having sex with a 13-year-old girl when he was 18-years-old.

According to the criminal complaint, the girl's mother told police her daughter was in a sexual relationship with Dante Perrault. The two were dating between October 2015 to May 2016.

During that time Perrault and the girl admitted to authorities to having sex at least three different times and that she was 13-years-old when it started. She also knew Perrault was 17-year-old at the time they started dating.  Court records show Perrault turned 18-years-old shortly after the two began dating.  They broke up in June 2016.

Perrault will be sentenced January 18th.
