ST. CLOUD - A Sartell man is facing two felony voter fraud charges. According to the criminal complaint 52-year-old Jeffrey Spanier knowingly registered to vote, and voted, even though he legally couldn't.

Spanier was convicted for a felony gambling violation in November of 2014.

Part of his probation agreement had him sign a statement that he could not vote. However, on November 8th of last year, authorities say he went to a polling location in Sartell, registered to vote, then cast his ballot.

His first court appearance is on October 23rd.
