Royalton Man in Serious Condition After Tractor Accident

FOLEY -- A Royalton man is in serious condition after being hurt in a tractor accident in Foley on Saturday.

The Morrison County Sheriff's Office says the incident happened shortly after noon at Bethany Lutheran Church in Morrill Township.

Sixty-seven-year-old David Gadacz of Royalton was participating in an event, pushing a large steel barrel with his tractor.

The barrel rolled to one side and was hit by the rear tire of the tractor. That caused Gadacz to fall off his seat and onto the ground where he was run over by the rear tire of the tractor.

Gadacz was airlifted to North Memorial Hospital with serious injuries.
