Funeral services will be 11:30 a.m. Thursday, June 11, 2015 at Zion Lutheran Church in Little Falls for Ross R. Cameron, age 30, of Sauk Rapids who died on Sunday due to an automobile accident. Rev. Gary Hendrickson will officiate and burial will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the Minnesota State Veteran’s Cemetery near Little Falls. Friends and family may call from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 10 at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in St. Cloud and one hour prior to the services on Thursday at the church in Little Falls.

Ross was born April 3, 1985 in Flandreau, South Dakota to Craig and Selma (Pitschka) Cameron. He received his Associate’s Degree and was employed at RockTenn as a machine operator. Ross married Heidi on April 21, 2012 at Zion Lutheran Church in Little Falls. He served his country in Iraq in the Minnesota Army National Guard where he honorably received two purple hearts. Ross enjoyed fishing, playing video games and was learning how to play the guitar. He was a passionate, loving and caring person who enjoyed being with his children. Ross was an amazing husband, father and a great brother who will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

Survivors include his wife, Heidi of Sauk Rapids; daughters, Caylee, Lily and Mayzee all of Sauk Rapids; parents, Craig and Selma Cameron of Burnsville; brothers, Ryan (Shelly) Cameron of San Diego, CA, Rick (Becky) Cameron of Richmond and maternal grandmother Mary Pitschka of Sauk Rapids. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jim and Roween Cameron; maternal grandfather, Bryant Pitschka and aunt Carol Janssen.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
