ROCORI Board To Vote On Levy Questions

COLD SPRING – The ROCORI school board will decide tonight (Monday) whether to put two operating levy questions on the November ballot.

Superintendent Scott Staska says, if approved by the board, the first question would ask the voters to renew a $300,000 levy that is set to expire.

Staska says the second question would ask voters to combine the first levy with a separate $800,000 levy that is scheduled to expire in two years.

If both questions pass, the new combined operating levy would be in effect for ten years.

The Sauk Rapids-Rice, Sartell-St. Stephen, and Foley school boards will vote on their operating levy questions next Monday.
