ROCHESTER (AP) - A 19-year-old Rochester man has been arrested in a shooting at a mobile home park that killed one man and injured two others.

The man was arrested Tuesday morning after several hours of a standoff that ended only after officers fired a chemical irritant into a home.

The man is suspected of firing a full magazine - 15 bullets - into a group of people playing basketball Monday afternoon near Parkside Mobile Home Park.

Police say 22-year-old Trumane Gillmore of Rochester was killed in the shooting Monday afternoon outside Parkside Mobile Home Park. A 20-year-old Rochester man and an 18-year-old Chicago man both suffered minor gunshot wounds.
