Robert A. Zwack, 77, St. Cloud

November 10, 1938 - April 23, 2016

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30AM Thursday, April 28, 2016 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, St. Cloud for Robert A. Zwack age 77 of St. Cloud who died Saturday. Rev. Thomas Knoblach will officiate and entombment will be in the Assumption Cemetery Mausoleum, St. Cloud. Friends and relatives may call from 4-8PM Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at the Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, St. Cloud and also one hour prior to services at the church on Thursday. St. Anthony’s Parish Prayers will be at 5:30PM followed by St. Cloud Eagles Aerie #622 at 6:30PM Wednesday at the funeral home.

Robert was born on November 10, 1938 in St. Cloud to Anton and Rosa (Stueve) Zwack. He married Helen Kotzer on June 30, 1962 at St. John Cantius Catholic Church, St. Cloud. Robert was a stensil cutter at Monumental Sales in St. Cloud for over 45 years until his retirement in 2001. He is a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church and also St. Cloud Eagles Aerie #622. Robert enjoyed fishing especially pan fishing and playing cards. Most of all Robert was a great family man and loved to be with his grandchildren and his toy poodle, Ruby.

Survivors include his wife of over 53 years, Helen of St. Cloud; children, Rose (Bob) Shikonya of St. Augusta and Tom (Teena) of St. Cloud; 8 grandchildren; brother, Edgar (Esther) Zwack of St. Cloud; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Zwack of Sauk Rapids.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Leon and Vernon; sisters, Bernadette Junglen, Hilda Dukowitz and Millie Bennett.
