Road Construction Projects Near Completion

ST. CLOUD -- As we head into fall, orange construction cones will start disappearing as projects are completed.

Stearns County Road 120 has been closed for over a month as roundabouts are being built at the entrance to CentraCare Health Plaza and County Road 134. Unfortunately, commuters will have to wait until mid-October for the road to reopen.

You should also expect some lane closures on Highway 15 in the coming weeks as crews tie into the new ramps of the Diverging Diamond Interchange project at Stearns County Road 120.

The Highway 23 project between St. Cloud and Foley is expected to be open in November and Highway 18 on the north of Mille Lacs Lake will be closed until the end of the month.

There's only a couple of area city projects to be aware of, Benton Drive in Sauk Rapids should be open by the end of September and Northway Drive at 15th Street North in St. Cloud should reopen by mid-October.
