ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud lawmakers say they are disappointed money for the River's Edge Convention Center has been left out of the bonding bill.

State Representative King Banaian says St. Cloud was promised that money.

Rochester and Mankato were also asking for money for civic centers.  St. Cloud wanted $10 million to build a parking ramp and for upgrades to the facility along the river front.

The $469 million bonding bill will be voted-on on Monday.

Money for the St. Cloud prison was also left out of the bill, but $4 million for the St. Cloud Technical and Community College is in there.

Banaian says he's not sure how he'll vote on the bill. It needs 60% of the lawmakers to vote in favor of it to pass.
