River Bats Win 3rd Straight Against Moon Dogs

The River Bats won their 3rd straight game Friday night 3-1 over the Mankato Moon Dogs at Joe Faber Field.  The Bats scored single runs in the 2nd, 3rd and 6th innings.  Andy Henkemeyer, Jeremy Banks, C.J. Gillman, and Ronald Sucre each had 2 hits for St. Cloud.  Andy Urban threw 8 1/3 innings with 4 hits and 1 run allowed to get the win for the Bats.  St. Cloud improves to 19-18 on the season and will play their final home game of the season tonight against Alexandria at 7:05, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 6:35.
