River Bats Edge Duluth 3-2

The River Bats edged the Duluth Huskies 3-2 at Joe Faber Field Friday night.  St. Cloud scored 2 first inning runs and added a run in the 8th inning.  Andy Henkemeyer was 2-3 with 2 runs scored and Carlos Lopez drove in 1 run.  Andy Urban threw 8 2/3 innings with 4 hits and 1 earned run allowed and gets the win.  The Bats have won 4 straight games and are 2 1/2 games back of Alexandria first place in the 2nd half North Division Standings.

The Bats play at home against Rochester at 6:05 tonight, pregame on AM 1390-the Fan at 5:35.  The Bats play 2 7-inning games tonight to make up for a previous rainout.
