ST. CLOUD -- A Richmond man has been charged with two felonies after he allegedly entered the home of a 16-year-old, held a knife to his throat and threatened him.

Records show 18-year-old Jeremiah Chiado and a juvenile went to the teen's home last Thursday, entered without permission and confronted the boy about retrieving a water bong belonging to Chiado. The two began arguing and Chiado allegedly pulled out a knife and held it against the boy's throat.

Records show Chiado recovered the water bong and left the scene.

Police made contact with Chiado the next day and they say he admitted to police he wanted to scare the boy and get his water bong back.

Officers recovered the knife and arrested Chiado on suspicion of first degree burglary - possession of a dangerous weapon and first degree burglary - assault on a person.
