Rice Building Systems Buys Cosmos Construction Company

SAUK RAPIDS - A Sauk Rapids construction company is expanding its business.

Rice Building Systems Incorporated has announced it has acquired Raske Building Incorporated of Cosmos.

The acquisition will expand Rice's reach into southern Minnesota, and increase its workforce by 20 percent.

Earl Raske started the company in 1959 in Cosmos.  He died in 2011.

Rice Building Systems started in 1953.
