Ribbon Cutting Ceremony Unveils New $4 Mill. Sartell Building [AUDIO]

SARTELL -- A ribbon cutting ceremony was held for the unveiling of a new Sartell office building today (Thursday).

Silver Crest Office Complex is located at 137 23rd Street South across from Sam's Club along Highway 15.

The building  will be home to Strack Companies, The College of St. Scholastica and Resource Training & Solutions.

Key features include retractable walls, presentation screens, large conference rooms and gathering space.

Tammy Biery is the administrative services director at Resource Training and Solutions. She says her company partnered with St. Scholastica to make the move.

The new building is approximately 33,000 square feet.  Phase two of the two part construction project will incorporate a second office building in the same area. St. Scholastica plans to host a public open house on September 16th.
