ST. CLOUD -- A resource fair offering services for those who are experiencing or near homelessness takes place today (Thursday) at the River's Edge Convention Center.

Project Homeless Connect is a way for individuals to get the proper services they need that may otherwise not be available.

Family Resource Director Patrick Shepard helped organize the event. He says people enjoy having multiple services under one roof.

This is the fourth year of the resource fair. Shepard says they have over 50 vendors offering their services.

Project Homeless Connect continues to grow each year. Shepard says he expects around 400 people to attend.

The event runs now until 3:00 p.m.
