Repeat Drunk Driver Arrested in St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD -- A repeat drunk driver has been arrested on suspicion of DWI for the sixth time.  A Stearns County Sheriff's deputy noticed a car driving erratically on Veteran's Drive in St. Cloud early Sunday morning and conducted a traffic stop.

The officer pulled the vehicle over at about 1:40 a.m. near the intersection of Veterans Drive and 23rd Avenue North and identified the driver as 56-year-old Kenneth Naylor of St. Cloud.

Authorities say Naylor failed field sobriety tests and said he was unable to provide a breath test. Naylor was taken to St. Cloud Hospital for a blood test and was booked into the Stearns County Jail.

Naylor faces charges of Felony 1st Degree DWI and a Gross Misdemeanor charge of Driving After Cancellation - Inimical to Public Safety.
