Renee Dorothy (Jendro) Bentley, age 91, St. Cloud, died Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at St. Benedict’s Senior Community, St. Cloud, MN.

Funeral services will be Friday, April 29, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Benson Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery, St. Cloud, MN.

Renee was born November 15, 1924 in St. Cloud, MN to Phillip and Elizabeth (Heisick) Jendro. She graduated from Cathedral High School in 1942. Renee married Henry J. Bentley on August 24, 1973 at St. Raphael’s Church, Minneapolis, MN. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Christian Women, Retired Senior Volunteer Program and Eastside VFW Post #4847 Auxiliary.

Survivors include nieces, Michelle Hempel, Denise Olson, Elise (Michael) L’Allier, Susan Hempel, Audree Hempel, dear friend Suzanne Kollmann and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Henry on August 22, 1997, stepson Scott, sisters, Lenore Ruhoff and Elaine Wake, and nephew Jerome Hempel.
