Raymond J. Moeller, 85, Clearwater

March 31, 1931 - June 2, 2016

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, June 6, 2016 at St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church in St. Augusta for Raymond J. Moeller, age 85 of Clearwater who passed away at his home, surrounded by his family, on Thursday, June 2, 2016. Reverend Jose Edayadiyil and Reverend Eberhard Schefers will concelebrate. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday and after 10:00 a.m. on Monday at St. Mary Help of Christians Parish Center in St. Augusta. Parish prayers will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Parish Center in St. Augusta.

Ray was born on March 31, 1931 in St. Cloud to Gregor and Alvina (Beumer) Moeller. He married Delma Carriveau on August 6, 1953 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sauk Rapids. He farmed all of his life in Clearwater. He was a member of St. Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church.

He loved spending time with his family, especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Ray also enjoyed ice fishing.

Ray is survived by his wife, Delma; children, Polly Brown of Clearwater, Daniel (Kris) of Kimball, and Don (Sharon) of Clearwater; grandchildren, Jenny (Jason) Smith, Mandy (Joe) Pundsack, Cole (Kelli) Moeller, Levi Moeller, Matthew Moeller, Mitchell Moeller; six great-grandchildren; brother, Robert of St. Augusta; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Lois; two infants; and sister, Marian Jost.
