Ray Schlichting Named Sauk Rapids “Citizen of the Year”
SAUK RAPIDS – A very active community volunteer has been named the “Sauk Rapids Citizen of the Year.”
Ray Schlichting has volunteered through RSVP since 2002, giving over 1600 hours of service to 24 different organizations.
He’ll be honored at a lunch on Thursday, April 26th at the Sauk Rapids-Rice Middle School. The event is public and costs $15.
