Rapids River Days Starts Thursday in Sauk Rapids

SAUK RAPIDS - The city of Sauk Rapids will be busy over the next few days with their annual Rapids River Days celebration.

Tomorrow (Thursday) night is the Sauk Rapids Community Ambassadors Pageant at 7:00 p.m. at the Sauk Rapids-Rice High School.

On Friday the 10th annual parade starts at 6:00 p.m. The route runs along 6th Avenue from Pleasantview Elementary to the Sauk Rapids-Rice Middle School.

On Saturday the 3rd annual Tanner's Team 5k and 1K walk/run start at 8:30 a.m.

The Food Fest is from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Municipal Park, besides the food there will also be live music, the Minnesota State Strongman Championships, Waterball fights, and Ducky races.
