Princeton Woman Killed After Crash in Isanti County

ISANTI - A Princeton woman has been killed after she was involved in a crash in Isanti County. The Minnesota State Patrol says the incident happened at about 10:20 p.m. last (Monday) night on Highway 95.

A car driven by 37-year-old Joseph Turner of Zimmerman was eastbound on Highway 95. Meanwhile a van driven by 56-year-old Ellard Blumer of Princeton was westbound. Turner's car crossed the center line and side swipped Blumer's van.

Turner stopped his car, and his passenger 54-year-old Patricia Wolter of Princeton got out of the vehicle and was struck by a third vehicle. Wolter was killed in the incident.

The State Patrol has not released the name of the driver of the third vehicle.
