COLD SPRING -- A Richmond teenager faces possible charges after a two vehicle crash near Cold Spring last (Friday) night.

The incident happened just before 6:00 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 23 and Fairview Circle, west of Cold Spring.

The State Patrol says a 16-year-old girl was driving south on Fairview Circle when she failed to yield at the stop sign and hit another vehicle causing it to roll.

The driver and her passenger, 14-year-old Raquel Woods of Richmond, were not hurt.

The driver of the second vehicle, 70-year-old Richard Anderson of Hinckley, was not injured. However his passenger, 75-year-old Patricia Anderson, suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The state patrol says the 16-year-old drivers name will not be released due to possible charges.
