SARTELL -- A popular high school sports off-season training program in St. Cloud is moving to another fitness club.

Fitness Evolution will house the High Energy Advance Training (H.E.A.T) program as part of a partnership with St. Cloud Orthopedics.

H.E.A.T Director Rusty Deters says they're excited about the partnership and to continue to grow the programs brand.

"We just want to continue to make it the best year round training program that it always was, but add to it as well," says Deters.

The partnership came about when St. Cloud Orthopedics didn't have the necessary space or trainer availability to meet the needs of the popular program.

Head Instructor Josh Pearson says they plan to offer three core programs for kids, high school athletes, and adults.

"A lot of times we see people come in here do one drill and spend ten minutes figuring out what to do next. We can show them here is how you program something, and continue to get stronger," says Pearson.

Fitness Evolution plans to offer 25 classes a week, including some team specific training, scheduled throughout the day.

Pearson says while he is thrilled to start the H.E.A.T program, what he's most looking forward to is hearing the athletes stories next year.

"It's fun to just see them light up, play around and still get stronger. But it's when they come back and realize what you actually done for them and see the value in it," says Pearson.

Classes are expected to begin in April. If you would like more information you can call 320 654-9090 or email heat@fitnessevolution.com for details.
