Pond Hockey Players To Take Over Lake George

ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud's Lake George will be home to a pond hockey tournament this weekend.

The inaugural "Granite City Pond Hockey Classic" is both Saturday and Sunday.  The original location was Pleasant Lake, but it's now been moved to Lake George.

Spokesman Derick Snell says the rules are pretty basic.

Snell says they have five youth teams and eight adult teams signed-up so far.  There's still time for you to sign-up throughout this week.

The puck will drop on the first game at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
