ST. CLOUD -- Lake George will be bustling with winter revellers this weekend.

The second annual Granite City Winter Festival will bring pond hockey teams, ice skate racers and dodgeball players to town.

Co-organizer Gary Hines says they have a full slate of pond hockey teams competing over the three days.  He says they have more than 40 teams involved from ages 5 and up.

Proceeds from the Granite City Winter Festival benefit the Minnesota Youth Foundation.  It was created last year to provide opportunities for the kids in the area to get involved in various activities.

Hines says they will have an ice bar there with food and drinks. The festival games are full, but Hines is encouraging everyone to head down to Lake George and check it out.  It runs Friday through Sunday.
