Police: Woman Stabbed on Southeast Side of Duluth

DULUTH (AP) - Duluth police say a 52-year-old woman was stabbed on the city's southeast side.

According to the Duluth Police Department, the incident occurred Wednesday evening in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. Police say the victim was taken to a local hospital, where her condition is currently unknown.

Department spokesman Ron Tinsley says officers believe they know who the suspect is, but no one was in custody as of late Wednesday night.

Tinsley says more information should be released Thursday.
