Police Use Taser on Man Allegedly Making Racial Slurs, Threats

ST. CLOUD - St. Cloud police had to use a taser on a man making threats.

The incident happened at about 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday near 435 33rd Avenue North.

Thirty-Four year old Nehemiah Mathews of St. Cloud was outside an apartment building where he does not live.  He had allegedly been shouting racial slurs.  He also is accused of threatening to kill four people inside, as well as burn their vehicles.  Mathews was treated for minor injuries.
