St. Cloud Police: Man Cut 19-Year-Old Woman with Pocket Knife

ST. CLOUD - A St. Cloud man was arrested on Wednesday after allegedly cutting a woman with a pocket knife.

The incident happened just before 6:00 p.m. in the 100 block of 32nd Avenue North.

St. Cloud Police say 27-year-old Benjamin Czeck cut a 19-year-old woman with a pocket knife after threatening to stab her. The woman was taken by ambulance to the St. Cloud Hospital emergency room for treatment of a non-life threatening injury to her wrist.

Czeck left the scene but was found in the 3200 block of Division Street West and was arrested without incident. He was taken to Stearns County Jail and is facing charges of 2nd degree assault.
