MANKATO, Minn. (AP) - Mankato police say the death of a tire store employee who was killed at work wasn't the result of any criminal actions.

Thirty-five-year-old Brady John Schaffer was was run over by a Mack truck at Tire Associates Dec. 1.

Jason Kuelbs told police he was having the tires replaced on the truck and when the job was done he helped a tire store employee remove a jack, then jumped in, started it and drove forward. Kuelbs says that's when he heard people yelling and stopped the truck.

Mankato Department of Public Safety Deputy Director Amy Vokal tells reporters that their investigation found nothing criminal and no charges will be recommended.

The Minnesota Occupational Safety and Health Administration is also investigating.
