Police Raid South St. Cloud Drug House

ST. CLOUD -- The Central Minnesota Violent Offenders Task Force used a search warrant to bust a drug house in south St. Cloud Thursday.

Acting in numerous tips and complaints, officers raided the home at 1125 13th Street South and found drugs, drug money and a stolen handgun.

Police arrested 42-year-old Russell Moncure on drug charges, being a felon in possession of a gun and possessing a police scanner while committing a crime.

The renter listed at the address, 27-year-old Tomasenia Jeannette Thigpen also faces possible drug charges.

Two minor children were also in the home at the time of the raid.
