ST. CLOUD — St. Cloud Police have made some arrests stemming from an assault and robbery early Sunday.

Police say a 22-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man were approached and assaulted by a group of four black men at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Ramsey Place at about 4:15 a.m. Sunday. Police say the male victim received minor injuries and both victims had items stolen from them.

The College Area Police Services Team continued the investigation which led to the arrest Thursday, of 19-year-old Kevon Ousley of St. Cloud and 19-year-old George Gregory of St. Cloud. Ousley is being held on suspicion of aiding and abetting aggravated robbery. Gregory was booked and released.

The Police SWAT Team then used a search warrant in the 1100 block of East St. Germain Street and found evidence from the robbery. Police arrested 20-year-old Elizer Rodriguez from Willmar on an unrelated felony warrant out of Kandyohi County.
